How Does a Digital Hall Pass Work?
Step One
Designate on the platform the student, where they’re going, and how long the pass is allotted. Or use kiosk mode to allow students to fill in some of this key information.
Step Two
Staff monitoring hallways can view all the students with passes to ensure they’re in the right place.
Step Three
Teachers mark hall passes complete when students arrive or return and receive notifications if a pass is expired.

Teacher Sets Up Kiosk Mode
Before class begins, the teacher sets up kiosk mode on a classroom computer or tablet. They determine which destinations and the students they’d like to allow to create hall passes.
Student Creates A Pass
The student clicks “Create Pass” and enters their name or ID, determines where they’re going, and the allotted time for that location appears.
Student Completes A Pass
When the student returns, they review their pass information, and clicks complete pass. Their return is time-stamped and available to view in the teacher’s reports any time.
