What’s Updated
Hall Pass Kiosk
The one-time password character length has been updated to accommodate 5 digits. (Password max length is 5 digits). Also, the time limit for staff to be logged into the kiosk has been extended to 12 hours.
EAS Notification Pop-Up
Some users reported limited pop-up activity when reporting an emergency. Senders and recipients will now receive a pop-up notification indicating that an emergency has been reported.
Dismissal Progress Page
Staff will receive an audio notification for only the students within their filtered section of the dismissal progress page. (Live updates must be turned on within the settings to receive sound notifications). In addition, if a student has a recurring calendar change, the calendar icon will only display on the day(s) the change is taking place.
Pickup & Delegation Change Report
This report has been updated to reflect approved, rejected, pending and canceled pickup and delegation changes. Staff can view all changes or filter by status as well as view who created the change and when the change was created.
Messenger
A staff member who has not yet claimed their account will now be visible as a Staff Recipient and can receive notifications through the messenger feature.
What’s New
Portal Update
During March, school users who are not yet using the newest version will start to see an updated version of the portal. While there has been no changes to the functionality of the portal features you are used to, a few new features have been added and some page layouts have been revised. School users should not experience any interruptions in service with the portal update. Learn more about the Portal Update HERE.
Portal Search Option
With the portal update, staff will notice a new Search option. This feature enables staff to quickly view student information throughout the school day. Located at the top of various pages within the portal, the magnifying glass icon allows staff to easily check attendance, guardian details, and any dismissal changes for the day.

New Messenger Reports
School users can access reports to understand delivery rates of notifications sent through the messenger. With these reports, school users can also verify the receipt of pertinent information as well as investigate why a failure may have occurred. To access these reports, click on Reports in the left sidebar, then select Messenger within the Reports page.
School Messaging SMS Message Prefix
School administrators can create an SMS Message Prefix which allows schools to define what recipients see first when a school user sends an SMS text using School Messaging (e.g., School or Campus Name). To create the prefix, click the Settings Wheel, then select General– the SMS Message Prefix will be located at the bottom of the page.

Live Updates For Early Release
Early dismissal audio & visual alerts can now be managed by admin users. These live updates will appear on the Dismissal Progress page when a student is released early for the day.
